Customer Service Representative - Tax-Related

Resolves customer inquiries and questions regarding tax-related concerns

Assisting in all facets of Customer Service

Records and verifies names, addresses, purchases, and specific feedback of customers to maintain an accurate customer list

Data entry into CRM system

Educate taxpayers on customer specific information

Contacts customers to gather market research

May be required to work overtime to support the needs of business

This position is remote (work-from-home) to start, but could be called back into the office, post-pandemic

Position Requirements


High school diploma or equivalent

Proficient in computer applications

Minimum 1 year customer service experience

Data entry and typing skills

Knowledge of customer service principles and practices



Must have your state taxes paid and filed 

Must be able to pass a background check (no felonies or misdemeanors) 

Must be able to obtain a fingerprint clearance through our 3rd party 

Must be able to report on-site in Downtown Phoenix.
