Performs grounds maintenance in the areas of mowing, mulching, weed removal, edging, hedge trimming, power washing, trash removal, seeding/planting, and any and all duties related to lawn/landscaping. Also, will be required to perform duties of general building maintenance as needed. Must be knowledgeable in the procedures and safety measures in all areas of grounds maintenance. Has knowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices, and procedures within all areas of grounds maintenance. Will regularly travel around to the different Boundless facilities to maintain all grounds   Position Requirements High School Diploma or equivalent preferred 2-3 years of experience in grounds and landscape  Working knowledge of lawn care equipment Skill in operation of power and manual tools & operation of light and heavy equipment Must be able to lift, bend, push, pull up to 60 pounds Valid Ohio Driver’s License Insurable driving record Proof of auto insurance No more than five points on driving record All candidates who have received an offer of employment will be required to undergo a pre-employment background check, drug screen, and health screen as applicable for the role.
