Share Email Opening Title Greeter  Description Job Summary: As a Greeter/Host you will be responsible for welcoming and seating guests and creating the first impression while entering the Tasting Room. Essential Job Duties & Responsibilities: Lead by example in upholding the Company's Core Values and promoting a positive and constructive working environment Interact with guests and create an attractive environment providing a unique experience Seat guests at appropriate tables Checking identification Informing guests of the various ways to experience CMBC offerings Perform regular inspection of Tasting Room area(s) and maintain cleanliness of facility Ensure response to all special requests of guests Inform Manager of any potential guest issues Attend and represent Cape May Brewing Company at special/promotional events Participate in training programs Perform job duties in a safe and responsible manner Work as a team with all coworkers Perform other tasks assigned by Manager as needed   Position Requirements Qualifications: 21 years of age or older High School diploma or equivalent (GED) Clean criminal background history Special Requirements: Passionate about craft beer Excellent customer service skills Physical and Mental Requirements: Standing or sitting for long periods of time Occasional bending, twisting Repetitive reaching movements with arms and hands Access, input, and retrieve information from a computer Required to talk and to hear Working individually and as a team Encountering frequent interruptions Using effective verbal communication Environmental Conditions: Working with the general public in an establishment that serves beer May be working indoors or outdoors   Full-Time/Part-Time Part-Time   Exempt/Non-Exempt Non-Exempt   EOE Statement We are an equal employment opportunity employer.
