Financial Analyst - Navy ERP

We are searching for a Mid-Level Financial Analyst to join our team in Washington, DC. The ideal candidate will:

  • Assist with the execution of BSO-12 financial management processes.
  • Develop and execute migration activities.
  • Support User Acceptance Testing activities for the BSO.  
  • Assist in migrating the command from SABRS to ERP.
  • Contribute to the design and development of the migration plan and User Acceptance Testing schedule.
  • Integrate with BSO12 users and assist in all migration activities necessary to transition BSO-12 from SABRS to Navy ERP.
Position Requirements

Required Education, Skills and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited institution in accounting, finance, or business.
  • Candidate must have at least 5 years of full time (excluding internships) experience within the past 10 years of progressive experience providing financial systems or business systems services to Government agencies or commercial companies.
  • Experience executing financial management processes and conducting business process improvement activities.
  • Experience designing, developing, testing and deploying SAP solutions in one of the following SAP modules; Financial Accounting (FI), Materials Management (MM), Project Systems (PS), Funds Management (FM), Human Resources (HR), Controlling (CO), Asset Management (AM), and Business Warehouse (BW).
  • Experience with technical writing and editing. Candidate should be able to effectively create different types of documents (e.g., User Manuals, Technical Reports, Technical Meeting Minutes, Policies and Procedures).
  • Candidate should be able to critically analyze their work and make edit/format changes as necessary to the written product to make it completely comprehensible to the desired audience. 
  • Experience in DoD Systems (i.e. CFMS, SABRS, STARS, PBIS) preferred
  • An active Secret Clearance; US citizenship is a prerequisite.
