Description

Main Responsibilities:

  • Monitors calls to ensure process compliance
  • Gathers data and analyzes the agents trends or patterns
  • Conducts creative coaching and delivers agent performance feedback
  • Drives internal and external calibration to ensure the team adheres to the client's methods and procedure

 

 
Position Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Must be a regular employee (90 days or more)
  • Must have an exemplary attendance record and should not be in any form of Disciplinary Action such as Written or Final Warning
  • Works independently, with limited required direction and guidance
  • Bilingual a plus!
