Description

The Sales and Customer Service Professional will drive new business clientele as well as provide support to maintain existing customers.  Discover new and creative ways to generate sign sales and grow the business.

Responsibilites include but are not limited to:

  • Business Development
  • Generating both inside and outside sales
    • Use telephone, email and face to face interactions to drive sales and customer support
  • Follow up on quotes/estimates, job progress, new jobs, client concerns, or complaints
    • Keep records of customer interactions
  • Provide Customer Support
  • Project Management
  • Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication with customers and coworkers
 
Position Requirements

Qualifications and Necessary Skills:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Basic knowledge in Microsoft systems functionality
  • Must possess a valid WI driver’s license with good motor vehicle record
  • Ability to multitask
  • Ability to work in a small production environment

Rate of pay Starting Wage is $18/hr. plus commissions on sales
