Hui Huliau employees help us achieve this mission by providing outstanding service to our customers.   Shift Days   Description Pono Aina Management LLC a subsidiary of Hui Huliau is seeking a Custodian to provide custodial services on Fort Sill Army post. In this position, you are responsible for cleaning office space and kitchens, cleaning and disinfecting restrooms, cleaning stairways and hallways, removing trash and emptying recycle bins, cleaning and polishing windows, vacuuming carpets, sweeping and mopping floors, dusting and scrubbing walls, polishing bright works and other associated tasks servicing approximately 140 buildings. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Duties involve a combination of the following: Clean building floors by sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, polishing and removing chips from floors Collect and remove waste and trash from a building or space Dust equipment, furniture or fixtures Polish metal fixtures or trimmings Provide supplies and minor maintenance services Clean and disinfect toilets and replenishes supplies such as toilet paper, soap, and paper towels Clean and disinfect showers and restrooms Reports safety hazards as appropriate Perform other job-related duties as required This position is considered 'Mission Essential' requiring a valid email address and phone number for after hour contact and subject to recall to duty at any time. As a mission essential employee, you may be required to perform duties during emergencies, disasters and other like events.   Full-Time/Part-Time Full-Time   Position Custodian - Ft Sill OK   Position Requirements EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE High school diploma or general education degree (GED) preferred but not required KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES Must agree to a background check/pre-employment drug screening This position requires U.S. Citizenship status without sponsorship Must have a valid driver’s license Must have a basic knowledge of common cleaning solvents, cleaning tools, and equipment Must know the proper uses of a variety of special cleaning and sanitizing solutions Ability to remove different kinds of stains from a wide variety of surfaces Ability to troubleshoot, make adjustments, and perform minor repairs and maintenance of equipment Must be able to perform moderate lifting up to 20 pounds Must be able to continuously stand, bend, stoop, walk, climb stairs and pushing is required. Ability to observe safety and security procedures and to comply with policies Ability to read and interpret written information; ability to write clear statements; ability to communicate orally Must be able to do physical work and operate power equipment normally found in janitorial operations Must be self-motivated and attention to detail Ability to follow directions from a supervisor Present a professional appearance and demonstrate professional conduct Must be able to manage time efficiently and to work individually as well as within a team WORK ENVIRONMENT This position is primarily performed in a climate-controlled office setting.
