As a Customer Service Representative, you'll work in a fast-paced office environment, answer inbound support calls, and deliver an outstanding customer experience. You'll help Winegard customers on their individual product journeys. Whether that's getting their satellite TV antenna set up for tailgating season or positioning an antenna mount just right—and everything in between.

  • Offer exceptional customer service over the phone—everything from product setup to service activation to order entry.
  • Become a subject matter expert—gain and maintain a broad understanding of Winegard products, focusing on mobile DISH and DIRECTV satellite TV products and services.
  • Develop hands-on skills so you can authentically instruct a customer over the phone on how to get the most from their products, whether that's pointing an antenna or connecting a receiver.
  • Answer a high volume of phone calls.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate call records.
  • Identify, troubleshoot, and solve problems in the moment while working with customers.
  • Get your sales game on! Recommend additional products, add-ons, or services to customers depending on their potential needs.
  • Regularly follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and long-term loyalty.
Position Requirements
  • Associate degree or higher preferred.
  • Experience in dealing with customers and handling and resolving issues preferred.
  • Be a highly motivated, detail-oriented multitasker.
  • Maintain customer and company confidentiality.
  • Independent and self-motivated—seek additional opportunities when able.
  • Work in a team environment to develop integrity, trust, and the respect of co-workers at all levels
  • Develop great verbal and written communication skills.
  • Be an active listener.
  • Have a positive attitude, even under stress. You'll work in a fast-paced (sometimes hectic) environment. A sense of humor is a must.
  • General computer skills (Microsoft Word, etc.).
  • Phone sales experience is a plus.

Work 8:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m. M-F with one Saturday per month.
