EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance, from four-year college or university; and at least 5 years of related experience in a similar role. Prior electrical or contractor experience is preferred, but not required. LANGUAGE SKILLS Must possess excellent communications skills, including preparation and presentation of financial data. Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures and standards, or governmental regulations. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, and customers. Must be able to read, write and speak English fluently. MATHEMATICAL SKILLS Ability to calculate subtractions, additions, multiply and divide. Familiarity with financial formulas, ratios, and calculations. REASONING ABILITY Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Must be a proactive problem solver, with the ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables. OTHER SKILLS AND ABILITIES Strong general ledger accounting and analytical skills. High proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 products and ERP systems, with experience with eCMS a plus.
