Sales Account Executive

The Sales Account Executive is responsible for developing new business opportunities in Valor’s key industry verticals of financial services, healthcare, and e-commerce. The development activity includes responding to RFP opportunities, following up on marketing and demand generation activity, engaging influencers and business partners and developing significant relationships with decision makers in key target accounts. We are seeking a solution seller – someone who understands the full solution and impact on the client prospects business success.  

As a Sales Account Executive, you will be responsible for:

  • Developing a continuous pipeline of client prospects equivalent to 2X of the annual financial sales requirement  
  • Developing an understanding of clients’ business and solution requirements
  • Providing sales leadership and experience on large, complex sales opportunities
  • Key Performance Responsibilities:
  • To generate and close $10M+ in new logo yearly revenue by identifying, prospecting and selling to new client prospects
  • Identify new logo opportunities by identifying client prospects and evaluating their position in their assigned Industry, as well as researching and analyzing sales options
  • Demonstrated capability engaging at executive levels, establishing contact and developing relationships with client prospects
  • Experience should reflect selling of traditional contact center BPO solutions, combined with elements of process and digital transformation
  • Development of solutions that are positioned within a competitive environment.
  • Align sales efforts with Valor models for pricing and profitability
  • Accountability for quality and effectiveness of sales presentations, proposals, RFP responds and contract development
  • Demonstrated ability to utilize key sales force automation and CRM systems

  • Understanding of market trends that impact our target industry verticals and solutions
  • Bachelor’s Degree (BS/BA)
  • Relevant employer and client references


Primary Location and Travel Requirements:         

  • United States – Virtual
  • Capability to travel with prospects, client and influencers 50-75% of calendar year



  • Base Salary Range $100k - $150k with additional incentive compensation based on contracted sales revenue and margin targets
