Team Lead BDC answers incoming Digital Service Leads, Phone Inquiries and performs Customer follow up in a friendly and helpful manner. He or she will create appointments and make outbound calls to insure Excellent Customer Service. In addition, he or she will continue their knowledge base for the dealership's Service Department.

This position is also responsible for monitoring metrics/performance, scheduling, attendance, employee time card review, call list and outbound Campaign.

The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic and have some post-secondary education or training, previous experience in call center, customer service, and a working knowledge of automotive sales/service. He or she must have a pleasant and courteous personality, strong administrative, organizational skills, some skills leadership, strong phone and computer skills, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

 
Position Requirements

QUALIFICATIONS

  • High school diploma or GED preferred
  • Experience in a Service BDC environment is preferred
  • Excellent communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills, including the ability to maintain composure under stress
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to interact professionally with customers, vendors, and staff
