Coordinating and overseeing all work on-site at Florida terminals. Attend production meetings Reviewing & becoming familiar with the schedule and budget, and ensuring adherence to these Ensuring Quality Standards are met. Placing orders for materials, and is responsible for equipment and materials on-site. Monitoring and ensuring on-site safety compliance, cleanliness and orderliness. Maintaining records for site personnel such as daily field reports, inspection reports. Liaison with inspection authorities Coordinating with customers to service their objectives Operate heavy equipment to load trucks and build stockpiles Responsible for maintaining & repairing equipment Document operational and safety requirements. Document word order tickets and billing information for invoicing.   Position Requirements To qualify: Maintain/serviceand/or repair equipment Construction & Port terminal operations background Warehousing / Inventory management Welding and fabrication a plus Valid driver’s license Willingness to learn and grow the division Insurable to operate motor vehicle Prior experience in port operations   Benefits We offer a benefits package which includes paid vacation, holidays, health insurance; company contribution, group life insurance, 401k with 8% company match, and voluntary benefits.   EOE Statement We are an equal employment opportunity employer.
