Description

Day to Day:

  • Leading and managing all Terminal and vessel offload operations and teams.
  • Coordinating and overseeing all work on-site at Florida terminals.
  • Attend production meetings
  • Reviewing & becoming familiar with the schedule and budget, and ensuring adherence to these
  • Ensuring Quality Standards are met.
  • Placing orders for materials, and is responsible for equipment and materials on-site.
  • Monitoring and ensuring on-site safety compliance, cleanliness and orderliness.
  • Maintaining records for site personnel such as daily field reports, inspection reports.
  • Liaison with inspection authorities
  • Coordinating with customers to service their objectives
  • Operate heavy equipment to load trucks and build stockpiles
  • Responsible for maintaining & repairing equipment
  • Document operational and safety requirements.
  • Document word order tickets and billing information for invoicing.
 
Position Requirements

To qualify:

  • Maintain/serviceand/or repair equipment
  • Construction & Port terminal operations background
  • Warehousing / Inventory management
  • Welding and fabrication a plus
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Willingness to learn and grow the division
  • Insurable to operate motor vehicle
  • Prior experience in port operations
