Share Email Opening Title Employment & Education Specialist - RISE  Description Seeking to hire a Full Time Employment and Education Specialist for the RISE Program Job summary Assists participants to successfully continue, resume, or adapt their academic or vocational activities using the Individual Placement and Support (IPS) Model. Provides ongoing academic or vocational support after placement is secured. Assists clients discover their academic or vocational goals Finds academic or vocational placement for clients Ensures opportunities and wages are competitive Reports project data to manager Participates in weekly supervision and team meetings Assists clients with the stress accompanied with academic and/or vocational challenges   Position Requirements Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university with a major in in Social Work, Psychology, or verified related work or life experience Must have experience as a supported education or employment specialist Basic knowledge of the local academic and vocational activities Knowledge of local FEP resources applicable to the population being served Must understand FEP phase-specific and CSC care Required interpersonal skills/ability to be engaging, friendly, outgoing and caring, empathetic to the client’s needs A valid driver's license insurable by agency's automobile insurance   CPNJ embraces a culture of diversity and inclusion in all of it policies and procedures.
