Share Email Opening Title BCM Technician  Description POSITION SUMMARY: The BCM Technician is responsible for assisting the BCM Manager for the successful operation of the technical side of the bingo games. Will provide guest services to patrons by explaining game payables. Will assist Manager on all required documentation of game moves, maintenance, performance, and repair logs and reviewing reports and statistical data for malfunctions or other problems. ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS: Maintain all vendor games, provide customer service. Ensure the floor and the online accounting system is operating to maximum capacity. BCM device moves, installations, removals, and configuration changes Assist Manager with installation and maintenance of the online accounting systems Coordinate device deliveries and installations with vendors Installs electrical, CAT 6, and fiber optic lines on the floor depending on layout. Adheres to department technical policies and procedures. Set up and installs new BCM games Ensures maintenance, repairs, relations, set-ups and break-downs are handled in a prompt, efficient manner. Performs software updates to vendor games. Maintenance of POS (point of sales) system Ships out and receives all vendor parts. Performs other position-related duties as assigned Department and or General Manager KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS: Able to read, write, and communicate verbally in the English language preferred. Knowledge of BCM systems and proficient in use of computer. Able to perform assigned duties without supervision. Exceptional troubleshooting skills are preferred.   Position Requirements MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: Two years of post-secondary education preferred, or 1-2 years of related experience or training. Must possess excellent organizational skills for dealing with diverse patrons. Must be able to work well and safely under pressure.
