Seeking to hire a Full-Time Grant Development Associate for the Executive Department

Job summary

  • Assist with all components of the grant seeking and grant management process
  • Assists with acquiring private and public funding for new service offerings, including obtaining County, State, and federal contracts
  • Organizes and coordinates grant application and grant management processes
  • Completes assigned components of the grant application process, including: research, communicating with internal and external partners, proposal writing, assembling required attachments, and ensuring compliance with funding requirements
  • Assists with grant management activities as needed for identified grant programs, including: assembling internal workgroups; analyzing data and analyzing industry trends, conceptualizing programs based on the most current research and preparing reports; ensuring deadlines are met; researching and interpreting grant management requirements; working with project teams to achieve mutual goals; participate in all meetings to ensure grant requirements are communicated and met for identified grants
  • Ensures compliance with regulations for grants throughout the grant lifecycle
  • Assists with researching grant opportunities and developing grant-seeking strategies
  • Maintains processes for post-award grants management
  • Assists in professionally promoting the agency’s Mission and Values both internally as well as in the community
  • Assists with preparing reports from data collected and ensures reports or statistics are accurately prepared, and sent to the appropriate entity in a timely manner
  • Other administrative support: schedules meetings, organizes files, produces and distributes correspondence, assists in preparation of reports, and manages all quarterly, annual, biannual, and special submissions on an ongoing basis
 
Position Requirements

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university
  • Familiarity with social service and behavioral health practices
  • Valid driver's license required and must be insurable by Agency's automobile insurance
