George School, a Quaker boarding/day grades 9-12 college preparatory school located in Newtown, Bucks County, PA has an opening for a full-time Emergency Services Officer. This position covers the midnight shift Monday - Friday. Full benefits package offered and a competitive salary. 

The full-time Emergency Services Officer is committed to the stewardship of a safe and secure environment for students, faculty, staff and visitors.

Position Requirements
  • Experience in one of the following is preferred: college courses in a related field; certificate from applicable training program; experience in a security related field.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work well with students.
  • Basic computer skills.
  • Must be able to ascend four flights of stairs rapidly in the event of a rescue/emergency response.
  • Valid Driver's License – minimum 5 years driving experience.
  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Flexibility with schedule is necessary during peak/non-peak periods on campus.
  • May be subject to adverse weather conditions. Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
  • Commitment to the traditions and philosophy of a Quaker educational community and a style consistent with Quaker values.
