JOB SUMMARY:The customer service representative is responsible for providing effective customer service for all internal and external customersESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:• Act as liaison between customer and salesperson• Provide product and services information to customers• Resolve customer issues with accuracy and efficiency• Process orders, prepare correspondence, and respond to customer needs to ensure customer satisfaction• Sorting, confirming & crediting of invoices• General Office Duties (i.e. filing)
Requirements
A High School diploma necessary
Prior work experience in Customer Service preferred

MENTAL AND VISUAL REQUIREMENTS:
Close mental and visual attention required to perform work dealing primarily with preparing and analyzing data and figures, performing accounting work, using a computer terminal, AND/OR extensive reading.
PHYSICAL ACTIVITIES AND REQUIREMENTS:
Ability to position self to access objects such as filing cabinets, ability to remain stationary for extended periods of time, and ability to operate office machinery such as a computer or telephone, ability to communicate effectively and ability to do repetitive motions. Ability to exert up to 10 pounds of force occasionally and/or a negligible amount of force frequently or constantly to move objects. The job is mostly sedentary
