Job Summary

The Account Coordinator, Corporate Partnership Activation assists with the day-to-day operations and strategic development of the Corporate Partnerships and Premium Hospitality departments to maximize revenue and maintain partner relationships while driving maximum benefits and services.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee fulfillment of assigned sponsor contract elements, including but not limited to: media, signage, digital and social media, promotions, events, and hospitality.
  • Assist with the execution of game-day sponsor activations, including but not limited to on-site displays, in-ballpark promotions, and pre-game ceremonies.
  • Develop an annual action plan and work with the analytics team to provide timely recap documents and metrics throughout the season.
  • Help with the creation, planning, and execution of key department events.
  • Provide memorable experiences and outstanding customer service for partners and fans.
  • Work closely with the partnership sales team and participate in sales/renewal meetings as needed.
  • Ensure the seamless execution of sponsor elements through teamwork and collaboration with key stakeholders throughout the organization and Major League Baseball.
 
Position Requirements

Required:

  1. Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales or equivalent.
  2. Ability to work a non-traditional schedule (events, game nights, etc.).
  3. Knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Desired:

  1. Previous experience in the Sports or Entertainment Industry.
  2. Prior experience assisting in the layout and creation of presentations.
  3. Working knowledge of Social and Digital Media metrics/platforms.
  4. Experience using software systems like KORE, Repucom, Nielsen, etc. is a plus.
