$20.00hr. 40hrs/week. Must be able to work varies days of the week, including weekends and holidays. Benefits eligible.
Maintenance Technician Desired Experience and qualifications:
Preferred, 3-5 years building and facilities maintenance.
Detailed knowledge of general maintenance tasks such as: Plumbing, Carpentry, Machine Maintenance, Roofing, Lighting, Irrigation and Painting. Candidate should be proficient with hand tools, power tools, gas powered machinery, locks and keyed devices, Machinery operation conforming with OSHA and company standards. Knowledge and ability to safely implement Hazardous materials and chemicals.
Must be able to stand, walk, kneel, crawl, climb, push , pull and perform heavy lifting for up to 8 hours per day, with no physical limitations.
Must be available on call for emergencies, and weather response situations.
Must pass drug screen.
Must be able to speak, read, write and understand English language.
Must wear appropriate PPE, including harnesses, hard hats, safety equipment and COVID protocols.
Must not be claustrophobic, and work in confined spaces when needed.
Arial Lift Operation, and ability to be certified (Company will provide training)
Must possess a valid California Drivers License, with clean DMV record, No DUIs.
Knowledge of Industrial Fire Suppression systems a plus, but not required.
Ideal Candidate will possess the knowledge and ability to receive instruction and training in areas not well versed, as needed.
