Share Email Opening Title Program Manager  Category Residential   Description Bonnie Brae, a nationally recognized non-for profit specializing in services for at-risk youth is currently seeking a Program Manager. The Program Manager will oversee the day to day operations of the assigned program(s). Responsibilities include hiring, training, scheduling and supervision of program staff as well as quality assurance and performance improvement oversight, as well as ensuring compliance with all licensing and accrediting bodies. Through participation on an interdisciplinary treatment team, the Program Manager contributes to the design and review of treatment planning for each child in the assigned unit. The Program Manager is a functional member of Residential Department Leadership, carrying out certain Child Care Counselor duties and delegating others as needed. Candidate will possess the following: Education / License / Experience: Master's Degree in a behavioral health field required. License a plus. Three years post Master's experience with youth in an out of home setting, with one year being in a supervisory capacity. Valid Driver's license - not currently suspended or suspended over the last three years due to accidents or moving violations.
