Upon award, we are hiring a Program Manager to join our team in Washington, DC. The ideal candidate will: Serve as the focal point and primary support, respectively, for all tasks, Task Managers, and Team Leads. Oversee all tasking and CDRL submission.  Assigns Team Leads. Attend monthly meetings and bi-annual program reviews. Brief the technical managers and COR on financial health of the program     Position Requirements Required Education, Skills and Experience: Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution. A minimum of 20 years of experience in engineering management. A minimum of 5 years of naval shipbuilding or overhaul experience. Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute is preferred - but not required. Candidate must have an a SECRET clearance. US cititizenship is a prerequisite.   *This position is contingent upon award, with a potential start date in 2022*    Some TCG customers require individuals providing support to be fully vaccinated for COVID-19 in accordance with Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) recommendations.
