Training Administrator_Lund

The Training Administrator will conduct hands-on training of manufacturing processes and will maintain the data for employee training. This position will assist the Continuous Improvement (CI) team in the deployment and training for all employees in the creation of the Lighthouse plant model. The Training Administrator will maintain the training matrix, housed within the operations electronic systems, tools, and reports.


  • Assist the Cl team with the deployment of the management systems training programs.
  • Create training schedules and records for all operations employees.
  • Conduct hands-on training of manufacturing system processes and monitor training effectiveness.
  • Track and create reports detailing outcomes for all training and maintain all training records for the company.
  • Ensure training and record retention follow the quality system.
  • Create an onboarding, training and mentoring process for new hires and promotions in the organization
  • Develop and maintain organizational communications such as electronic bulletin boards and newsletters.

Position Requirements


Education and Experience

  • Associate degree in business, communications, education, human resources, or an analytics field, or 2+ years in a training or data related position is required.

Required Licenses

  • Valid motor vehicle driver’s license and clear DMV record.
  • Powered Industrial Truck – Forklift or Reach Truck preferred.

  • Skilled in SharePoint and Microsoft Office products.

Working Conditions

  • While performing the duties of this job, the employee is mainly subject to inside environmental conditions; protected from weather conditions but not necessarily from temperature changes. The employee is frequently exposed to wet and/or humid conditions; moving mechanical parts; outside weather conditions; extreme heat and vibration. The employee is occasionally exposed to high, precarious places. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.
