Seeking to hire a Full Time Senior Network Administrator

Job Summary

  • Organize, modify, and support Care Plus’s computer systems
  • Troubleshoot & resolve problems reported by users; performing timely workstation hardware/software repairs or upgrades as required
  • Assist with recommendations for scheduling & implementing future hardware/or software upgrades
  • Research, evaluate & recommend hardware/ or software products
  • Maintain network and system security, ensuring latest security patches are installed
  • Assist in implementation & support of technology solutions
  • Analyze and isolate issues; ensuring resolution to identified issue
  • Monitor networks to ensure security and availability to specific users
  • Evaluate, monitor and modify system's performance
  • Identify user needs
  • Maintain integrity of the network, server deployment, and security
  • Ensure network connectivity throughout a company's LAN/WAN infrastructure is on par with technical considerations
  • Assign configuration of authentication and authorization of directory services, including email services
  • Maintain network facilities in individual machines, such as drivers and settings of personal computers as well as printers
  • Maintain network servers such as file servers
  • Administer servers, desktop computers, printers, routers, switches, firewalls, phones, personal digital assistants, smartphones, software deployment, security updates and patches
  • Ensure & maintain daily network backups of network applications
  • Responsible for network documentations including hardware inventory, purchase requisitions and invoices
  • Contact vendors and third-party vendors
  • Maintains computer equipment and software and assures they meet required standards
  • Procure, install, maintain, support & dispose of assets per IT/Security standards
  • Repair hardware
 
Position Requirements

Qualifications

  • B.S. Degree from an accredited college or university in Computers, Computer Science, Computer Engineering
  • Previous experience preferred
  • Valid driver's license required and must be insurable by agency's automobile insurance
