Seeking a motivated, dedicated, hard-working, reliable Scheduling Coordinator with 1 - 2 yrs of scheduling experience to join our team. The right candidate will enjoy working in a fast pace environment, be a multitasker & have excellent communication skills. We are looking for someone for our team approach work environment that wants to have fun with what they are doing and make a positive difference in the lives of our clients and their families. This is an exempt status position with extra compensation for the on call phone that you are required to have daily and alternate weekends with other office staff.


Scheduler responsibilities include:

  • Effectively establish a rapport with caregivers and clients
  • Create and maintain caregiver schedules and database
  • Schedule client appointments/visits according to care plans and caregiver availability
  • Contact care providers and clients regarding day-to-day changes
  • On Call (two weekends a month off)
Position Requirements
  • 1 to 3 years of related scheduling experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Working knowledge of basic medical terminology
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and scheduling software
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to create and nurture long-lasting relationships
  • Ability to effectively manage the demands of the job
