We are actively seeking a Cycle Counter / Inventory Control associate for our brand new distribution center located in Concord, NC.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Perform daily audits on receipts, material picked and loaded. As well as other areas of Operational performance.
Accurately conduct building inventory cycle counts minimum of four times a year
Research and resolve inventory discrepancy issues generated on the inventory adjustment report in a timely fashion
Identify and report process gaps that negatively impact inventory record and order accuracy
Trouble shoot issues from customer orders on a daily basis
Monitor and maintain expired products and ensure proper disposition
Perform necessary functions to process product damage
Utilize Dancik system to run the necessary reports to perform cycle counts and run queries to do root cause analysis
Share best demonstrated practices throughout the Haines logistic network
Utilize RF (radio frequency) equipment to perform necessary product moves in the system.
Inspects and maintains assigned equipment by completing a check sheet
Reports any problems with material, equipment, or work area to the supervisor immediately
QUALIFICATIONS

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
High school education; or at least twelve months related experience or training.
Forklift experience required (multilevel & Stand up reach truck) and other warehouse equipment.
Computer skills needed (MS excel & MS word) and company system.
LANGUAGE SKILLS
Ability to read and comprehend instructions.
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS
Must be able to add, subtract, and comprehend measurements used in the flooring industry.
REASONING ABILITY
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed written and/or oral instructions.
