As a Business Data Analyst, you would be support Underwriting operations. Monitor, report, alert, guide data-driven decisions. Answer ad-hoc and timely data-driven questions for executives, operations, tribes, portfolios, and other dept. Send one-off datasets to anyone in the org/vendors. You would be interacting across multiple departments and working on our Data Strategy team.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Economics, Data Analytics, Business, or related field and minimum 8 years of relevant experience
- 5+ years of Fintech, Underwriting experience
- Exceptional SQL and data skills
- Strong problem-solving aptitude and an excellent communicator
- Derive insights from data
- Self-starter and self-reliant
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with Power BI
- Experience supporting data analytics projects
- LMS experience
- Call center data analysis experience
