Solution Analyst- New Revenue

First Advantage is currently seeking a Solution Analyst- New Revenue. This role supports the sales team during the sales cycle and the implementation process of new revenue-generating deals. Must be willing to travel 10 % for team meetings and training sessions as appropriate.

Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities

  • Serve as a Subject Matter Expert on Set up Paperwork and Seibel platform perform all required functions to set up a new client in a timely fashion
  • Facilitate communication with new clients via phone and/or email to acquire all required documents
  • Work with the client to complete tasks according to the Document Matrix
  • Track progress and status of all paperwork and complete tasks in a timely fashion in Salesforce
  • Conduct required data entry in Siebel to include opportunity creation, service requests, and mass loads to ensure client setup is tracked appropriately
  • Submit Seibel SOW for credentialing, onboarding, and account set up as required
  • Participate in Client meetings to include internal prep meetings and Kick off Calls with the client
  • Participate in internal SWAT calls and account audit reviews


Position Requirements


  • Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent work experience


  • 2+ years experience working directly with large scale clients (500 -10,000 employees)
  • 2+ years working from a home-based environment

Additional Skills and Knowledge

  • Microsoft Word, Excel, Visio, Project
  • Siebel CRM system or equivalent system
  • Ability to work productively from a remote location
