What You Would Be Doing
Primary job responsibility is management and execution of the clinical operations in the center-based program. Additional responsibilities include the managing and training of Behavior Specialist/Analysts, Classroom Instructors, Clinic Coordinators, Intervention Specialists and Case Managers/Social Workers and overseeing the training of the Behavioral Team. This is a full-time, salaried position.

  • Develop and lead the vision of the Behavioral Stabilization Program and manage outcomes.
  • Guide the development of skill acquisition and Behavior Reduction Plans and Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) from data collected by behavioral and educational team members.
  • Delegate and oversee these duties to behavioral and educational team members
  • Evaluate behavioral and educational team members performance on development of plans training staff, and performance on parent meetings/trainings on a quarterly basis.
  • Manage the provided educational and behavioral health services.
  • Meet with the Administrator of Center-Based Services on a bi-weekly or as needed basis and participate in the Clinic Director and other management meetings.
  • Attend the Behavior Technician team meetings to support their direct reports.
  • Direct supervision of all the day-to-day operations of designated program.
  • Support the presentation of behavior reduction plans to Problem Behavior Group.
  • Perform skills/educational assessments when available and designate these to appropriate staff for enrollment or monitoring of treatment/education.
  • Conduct ongoing research and education along with providing staff development to enhance designated program.
  • Provide supervision of those working towards BACB certification.
  • All other duties as assigned.
 
Position Requirements

Qualifications

  • Master’s Degree in Psychology, Social Work, Education or related field required
  • BCBA certification required
  • Supervise BCBA candidate(s) (if BCBA certification has been attained)
  • 3+ years of experience supervising ABA based educational and behavioral programming, and curriculum development
  • Exemplary data collection, including but not limited to:
    • Internal data collection
    • Billing
    • Homework
    • Pay related time keeping
