We are preparing to open our doors to residents soon and we are looking for a Sous Chef. The Sous Chef will be responsible for prep work and food production, supplying three meals per day for our residents. The Sous Chef works with a small staff planning and producing quality meals, ordering food and supplies, and maintaining proper health and sanitary standards. Essential functions include but are not limited to: Plans and participates in the production of food for three meals per day Ensures food meets quality standards prior to serving to our residents Places food orders based upon resident census and budget Works with department managers on special events and special resident diets   Position Requirements Food Handler's Certificate / CFPM Ability to work independently 2 years culinary experience     Full-Time/Part-Time Full-Time   Exempt/Non-Exempt Non-Exempt   This position is currently accepting applications.
