The Center for Policing Equity is looking for a skilled Recruiter with a passion for social justice. The Recruiter must demonstrate a strong track record for helping organizations to scale personnel rapidly and will be responsible for coordinating and executing CPE’s recruitment efforts across verticals. The Recruiter will source qualified candidates, coordinate screening interviewing with candidates, and recommend candidates to hiring managers across CPE’s teams. The Recruiter will develop individualized recruitment strategies across all positions and will utilize their networks to find qualified candidates. Experience recruiting in a high growth non-profit organization is a plus.
