Basic Qualifications - Excellent interpersonal skills, excellent team player.
- MS Office experience.
- MS Project experience, including Integrated Cost/Schedule Management.
- Basic Qualifications Expertise with Critical Path Methodology
- Working Knowledge of ANSI/EIA - 748 (EVMS Guidelines)
- Fundamental knowledge of business principles.
- College Degree in Business or Technical area

- Proposal Experience
- Experience with DCMA COE Audits
Typically requires seven or more years’ experience in project/program planning in a development and production environment. Significant MS Project experience required. Demonstrated Critical Path Methodology knowledge and application. Must have demonstrated advanced analytical skills in MS Project, PowerPoint and Excel so as to prepare status reports, metrics and presentations. Possess the ability to identify risk and opportunity management processes, and implement effective improvements of control plans. Experience with Deltek/Costpoint a plus. Excellent written, interpersonal and verbal communication skills required. Proven ability to manage multiple projects and work well in a team environment.
