The Application Reviewer for the Art Therapy Credentials Board performs daily application reviews for the ATR, ATR-P, and ATCS credentials.
Duties/Responsibilities:
• Performs application reviews for ATCB credentialing, which includes reviewing application documents including, but not limited to, transcripts, course information, verifications, references, and endorsements to determine whether application requirements have been met.
• Prioritizes the application review process, troubleshoots conflicts with little guidance, and escalates complex issues to the Executive Director that arise during application review.
• Provides high levels of review through a thorough knowledge of standards, procedures, and processes.
• Maintains impartiality and confidentiality of application materials.
• Communicates the status of items that have been received that are deficient and outcomes of application reviews.
• Performs data entry of interactions with applicants and outcomes into database records daily.
• Responds to internal customer service inquiries via Teams chat as efficiently as possible.
• Responds to emails from applicants within a 48–72 hour time frame.
• Refers applicant complaints and appeals to Executive Director.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
