CMI is seeking an experienced maintenance supervisor with an outstanding knowledge of the HUD REAC preparation, scoring and appeals process to promote successful REAC preparation and inspection results throughout Florida and the Upper Southeastern United States. The candidate should have related knowledge of the building trades, cleaning procedures and maintenance associated with maintaining a Multi-Family Housing Community to the strict standards of the HUD REAC guidelines. The REAC Manager is expected to have exceptional organizational and time management skills and to display natural leadership with clear communication skills and an eye for detail.

Responsibilities include, but not limited to:
- Inspect sites regularly to identify REAC Deficiencies and necessary maintenance to prevent the development of deficiencies.
- Prepare maintenance schedules and allocate work in accordance with forecasted REAC inspections.
- Supervise and train employees and vendors as needed to prepare for REAC inspections once an inspection is scheduled. This can include:
- Coordinate cleaning and maintenance activities.
- Oversee all repairs and ensure that work is completed on time.
- Comply with all health and safety regulations and practices on site.
- Establish strategies to meet workload demands on time
