What You Would Be Doing
This clinician is responsible for providing outpatient behavioral health services, including counseling and case management services to children, adolescents, adults, and families. Services may be provided in person or via telehealth, on an individual, group, or family basis in an office setting.
The clinician reports to the clinical manager and is responsible for ensuring that the treatment needs of the clients are met and maintained to support individual client psychosocial and emotional needs. Services must be provided in accordance with policies and procedures, and current federal, state, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations.
Supervisory Responsibility
This position has no supervisory responsibilities; however, this position is required to have weekly or biweekly supervision with the Clinical Manager.
Position Type and Expected Hours of Work
This is a full-time position, working at least 40-45 hours per week. This position operates Monday through Friday during regular business hours; however there will often be times in which the requirement will include extending hours into 2-3 evenings a week. Occasional evening and weekend work may be required as job duties demand.
May be required to cover rotation for on-call after hours coverage to support crisis needs.
