Administrative Assistant 

Description
  • Provides administrative support to the Russell Facilities Management Squad.
  • Prepares, coordinates and organizes facilities management file documentation.
  • Composes and/or edits letters, memos and reports as required.
  • Responds and distributes phone calls for squad. Takes appropriate action within limits of responsibility and authority.
  • Performs special projects and duties as assigned.
 
Position Requirements

Education and experience requirements include: High school diploma or GED equivalent required. Minimum of three years responsible customer service experience preferred.

  • Demonstrated knowledge of exemplary customer service.
  • Must possess and maintain a valid driver’s license and safe driving record; must possess thorough knowledge of traffic laws and defensive driving.
  • Ability to communicate effectively and establish effective working relationships with clients, internal staff and vendors.
  • Ability to work independently with excellent organizational skills and ability to complete work under assigned deadlines and/or tight schedules.
  • Ability to utilize problem solving and decision making skills to meet assigned objectives is necessary.
  • Skill and ability in the use of technology to receive and promptly respond to requests and needs.
