We are seeking a Business Development-Marketing Manager to join our ESAS team; this position is 100% remote position. The ideal candidate will: Seek out and manage specific new business development opportunities designed to continually grow the company. Make bid/no bid recommendations. Assist in writing award winning technical proposals; and/ or, ability to pull together experienced personnel to achieve a compliant and competitive proposal submission. Respond to sources sought, market surveys, requests for information, and prepare unsolicited proposals. Write marketing correspondence to prospective clients. Develop mutually beneficial and profitable relationships with new and existing customers. Ability to work well under pressure. Ability to meet deadlines.   Position Requirements Required Education, Skills and Experience: Bachelor degree preferred. Three (3) to five (3) years minimum experience in Business Development with proven ability to bring in business. Minimum  3- five (5) years experience in Sales   Minimum 3- five (5) years experience in DOD proposal contracting environment. Proven history of winning specific contracts, task orders etc... Experience in Eagle BOA contracts a plus Strong proficiency in speaking and writing in English. Knowledge of Microsoft Office suite to include Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Ability to obtain/maintain security clearance. ***Some Eagle Systems customers require individuals providing support to be fully vaccinated for COVID-19 in accordance with Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) recommendations.
