Ensures that VeriFacts satisfies its client’s needs by providing product and service information and resolving client issues. Recognizing and forwarding potential products or service opportunities to your appointed sales representative by collecting client information and analyzing client needs.
Ensures effective customer service by resolving client issues, completing client set up, reporting, and follow up directly relating to improving client retention. Anticipating client concerns or issues and proactively troubleshooting. Developing and maintaining long term client relationships with consistent communication.
Supports Sales Department by participating in prospect and client phone calls, assist in the creation of emails and proposals, prospect follow up and account placement tracking. Support sales by facilitating/attending meetings and assist in travel to potential or current clients. Attend conferences as needed. Updates Sales Department with client changes, reports, trends, performance, or other pertinent data.
