Position Customer Care Manager  

Ensures that VeriFacts satisfies its client’s needs by providing product and service information and resolving client issues. Recognizing and forwarding potential products or service opportunities to your appointed sales representative by collecting client information and analyzing client needs.

Ensures effective customer service by resolving client issues, completing client set up, reporting, and follow up directly relating to improving client retention. Anticipating client concerns or issues and proactively troubleshooting. Developing and maintaining long term client relationships with consistent communication.

Supports Sales Department by participating in prospect and client phone calls, assist in the creation of emails and proposals, prospect follow up and account placement tracking. Support sales by facilitating/attending meetings and assist in travel to potential or current clients. Attend conferences as needed. Updates Sales Department with client changes, reports, trends, performance, or other pertinent data.

Position Requirements

Basic Job Requirement for this position

  • Prior Customer Service and/or Skip Tracing experience is preferred but not required
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • Must have and maintain a PERC card
  • Supports the mission, vision, values and strategic goals of the company
  • Ability to work at a fast pace and meet deadlines
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time appropriately
  • Attends required meetings and participates in development activities, keeping informed of current industry trends and changes
  • Adheres to company policies and procedures
  • Responsible for maintaining confidentiality at all times
  • Interacts, when necessary, with internal and external customers of all ages and ethnic backgrounds
  • Supports company goals through planning, organizing, and quality improvements
  • Maintains and models professional and courteous behavior with internal customers, other employees, and visitors
  • Is cognizant of and adapts to new ideas and changes to work methods and environment
  • Exhibits effective communication within the company
  • Ensures personal compliance with all regulatory rules and regulations including by not limited to FDCPA, FCRA, GLBA, TCPA, FTC and UDAP
  • Ensures that supplies and equipment necessary to complete the work assignments are available for continuity of workflow, safety, and cost effectiveness
  • Must work efficiently without supervision as well as in a collaborative team setting
  • Good PC skills, including windows (basic word and excel) and internet browsers
  • Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Exhibits good organizational skills
  • Must be able to multi-task
  • Must pay close attention to detail
  • Ability to follow directions
  • Good Attendance
  • Flexibility to travel when needed

Specialized Requirements:

  • Ability to work independently with limited supervision
  • Must be Self-Motivated & Self Starting
  • Complete the VFI security class
  • Must be able to speak and spell English (at minimum) clearly and legibly. Bi-Lingual and multi-lingual skills are a plus
  • Passes satisfactorily all VFI regulatory tests as required
  • Problem solving and negotiation with limited guidance
  • Graphic design courses as requested by management
