Description

Program Therapist needed for part-time, position in Delaware County working Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday from 4-8pm.

The Program Therapist is responsible for providing individual, group, and IOP treatment for clients experiencing SUD and Mental Health issues. The Therapist will organize patient care activities and sharing information among all the participants concerned with a patient's care to achieve safer and more effective treatment outcomes.

PA LCSW - Incorporate the concepts of evidence-based practices relating to recovery, trauma-informed care, CBT, DBT, etc. Experience working with adults with SUD & Mental Health Diagnosis. Experience working in an outpatient setting is preferred. Ability to manage stress in the workplace calmly and professionally.

 
Position Requirements

Experience with trauma-informed services, cognitive-behavioral therapies including DBT, and motivational therapies including the use of incentives preferred. Personal recovery experience is not required; however, knowledge of recovery support systems is preferred. Strong interpersonal and engagement skills. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Strong computer skills required; experience with EMR system a plus. Ability to support the agency’s mission and philosophy and demonstrate sensitivity to all diversity. Value for and ability to deliver excellent customer service. Self-directed and flexible to meet the needs of administration and management.
