What You Would Be Doing

This position will work with the Quality Assurance team to ensure a variety of quality assurance and improvement activities including but not limited to incident reporting, record reviews, staff training, risk management activities, compliance related to CARF and CQL standards and Ohio law. Salary range: $35,360 - $43,680 annually. Shift: M-F 8 am - 5 pm (need to be flexible with hours)

  • Manage and assist in a variety of administrative tasks related to the support of the QA team.
  • Assist in tracking, analyzing and reporting of service delivery training activities.
  • Assist in receiving, analyzing, and tracking all incident reports, advise staff regarding reporting requirements, as needed, and consult with the QA Team regarding significant incidents and development of improvement strategies.
  • Assist in coordinating, monitoring, receiving, analyzing, and tracking all record reviews according to licensing boards, state/federal regulations and accrediting/certifying bodies.
  • Advise staff regarding record reviewing requirements, as needed, and consult with the QA Team regarding significant trends and development of improvement strategies.
  • Assist in the development and facilitation of training opportunities based on QA initiatives, findings and performance improvement project plans.
  • Have a knowledge of and assist in targeted accreditation, certification, and audit processes.
  • Provide input and assist with preparation of various CQI plans/reports/manuals.
  • Conduct research regarding applicable laws, rules, and regulations and accurately report findings to the QA Team in order to maintain organizational compliance and facilitate performance improvement.
  • Contact clients and other stakeholders to determine perceptions and levels of satisfaction with the organization.
  • Develop and maintain strong working knowledge of I AM Boundless, Boundless Health and all affiliated company’s policies and procedures.
 
Position Requirements

Required Education and Experience:

  • Minimum Requirement: Undergraduate Degree.
  • Experience working with Behavioral Health and/or IDD populations.

Preferred Education:

  • Preferred – Undergraduate Degree

Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities:

  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Proficient computer skills, i.e.: Microsoft Office, Microsoft Teams, intranet, internet usage, electronic health records.
  • Access to high speed internet or willingness to work in-office.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and use appropriate judgment in handling sensitive. information and records.
  • Exemplary attendance.
  • Ability to work independently with general direction.
  • Ability to appropriately manage time, organization and multitasking.
  • Ability to exhibit excellent interpersonal relation skills when dealing with the public, Individuals, family members, co-workers and staff.
  • Flexible and accepting of change/workflow processes.
  • Professional communication etiquette including through the use of telephone, email, etc.
  • Type 40 wpm.
