Job Title: Cultivation Cycle Counter Supervisor

Reports to: SAP Cultivation Control Manager

Role Summary:
The Cultivation Cycle Counter Supervisor is a role that requires a hands-on approach to assist in shaping the culture of Trulieve. He/she will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the cultivation cycle counter team that works within the Control department at Trulieve. The Cultivation cycle counter Supervisor reports and works directly under the SAP Cultivation Control Manager. Provides support for the cultivation cycle counter staff, including schedules, training, policy, and procedure updates.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
Coaches, reviews, trains, and oversees the Cultivation Cycle counters at their specific site.
Oversees the Daily Planning of plant/clone scan rooms.
Oversees the Daily Planning and completion of Dry room, trim, and cure material audits
Reviews the reports of cycle counters for plant room audits and Dry, trim, and cure audits prior to reports being sent to respective departments.
Maintains good working relationships with all departments that cycle counter audits affect on a daily basis
Maintain open lines of communication with all departments in case of any changes to plans necessary due to departmental changes.
Special projects management within SAP control for the production data upload and production data management of new, existing, or materials being added for future SAP use
(During month end) Assisting the SAP Cultivation Control Manager and Asst. Manager with the consolidation, reconciliation, validation, and submission of month end inventory
Obtaining additional help from cycle counter team where needed during special projects and month end inventory for the timely and accurate submission of month end inventory.
All other duties as assigned.
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:
Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
Effective time management and ability to multi-task successfully.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing and challenging environment.
Strong computer skills mainly within word, outlook, and excel.
Prior experience with SAP systems is a plus (not required), but must be able to learn SAP systems for daily job tasks to be completed.
Must be and remain compliant with all legal or company regulations for working in the cannabis industry.
Must have availability for weekend shift(s) and on-call.
Reliable transportation.
ADDITIONAL MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
High School Diploma or equivalent
Must be a minimum of 21 years of age
Must successfully complete a comprehensive background screening
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
Must be able to push, pull, move, and/or lift a minimum of 40 lbs.
Must be able to work seated/standing as appropriate at workstations for extended periods of time, maintain body equilibrium while climbing ladders, stairways, stopping, kneeling, crouching, and reaching, and use hands/fingers to hold, grasp, turn, pick, pinch frequently/constantly to complete tasks
Must be able to wear PPE as appropriate (eye, face, hand, arm, head, foot, body, fall protection), and able to be exposed to hot, cold, wet, humid, or windy conditions while wearing PPE.
Must have visual acuity with/without job aids to perform activities such as; reading, viewing a computer terminal, reading reports from computer/tablet/laptop screens
Must be able to speak and communicate verbally at conversation levels with co-workers/staff (Moderate noise)
WORK SCHEDULE:
40+ hours weekly with flexible hours depending on department needs. Must be available to work occasional evenings, weekends, and holidays
