Share Email Opening Title Production Support Specialist  Description DESCRIPTION: Employee will communicate with Production Manager(s) to help facilitate communication with customer service to give completion dates and also track expedited orders. EXPERIENCE: Minimum of one year experience in an aerospace/aircraft machine shop setting Experience with ERP system preferred.   Position Requirements REQUIREMENTS:        Ability to stand for long periods of time Ability to lift at least 50 lbs. Familiar with safety standards and PPE utilized in a manufacturing setting Must have reliable transportation and work overtime as needed Ability to read, write and understand English Ability to understand capacity charts and level load work centers Excel and Word software experience Ability to stay on task with minimal supervision Problem solving skills a must Strong communication skills and a good eye to detail RESPONSIBILITIES: Reads and interpret written work order instructions and specifications Evaluate current dispatch and stage machines accordingly Determine location to set critical deburr jobs based on dispatch work dates and/or due dates Perform material handling safety procedures Verify accuracy of job/workmanship when performing job Maintain specifications by observing operations Adhere to all quality assurance procedures and processes Miscellaneous tasks as assigned   EOE Statement We are an equal employment opportunity employer.
