Description

Due to our growth, we are currently seeking a an IT Connectivity Install Coordinatorto orchestrate andperform copier connectivity for new clients and provide client remote technical support.

Technical training and/or technical experience through education and/or professional work experience is required. We prefer A+, Net + and/orSecurity + certifications. You must have valid driver license andreliable transportationand willingness to travel locally on average20%.

This position is full time M-F 8am-5 pm. We provide travel reimbursement, alaptop, smart phone reimbursement, uniform shirts and a great team environment with opportunities for training and advancement. Responsibilities:

  • Provide fundamental, and advanced, technical support to internal and external clients via telephone, email or on-site means. This support will mostly relate to printers, multifunction printers, high-speed scanners, and production-level printers, and their necessary synergy with various processing systems that may interface with them (Mac OSX & iOS/Windows/Linux/Android).Additionally, ticket resolution will be performed.

  • Contact clients for new installations to collect equipment setup information and coordinate the installation with the warehouse and field specialists.
  • Remotely install new client installations when feasible.
  • Limited travel to client locations to perform connectivity for new client copier installations (backup to the field specialist.)
  • Remain logged into phone queue, and field incoming calls live, to maintain a manageable Help desk queue. Additionally, prioritize issues where needed to safeguard against exceeding service level agreements.

  • Demonstrate a clear understanding of various internal departments for the purpose of determining the proper route-of-resolution for department-specific issues.

  • Perform call-backs, and send email communication, as necessary for old or outstanding Help desk tickets.

  • Provide (and promote internally) remarkable customer support, with outstanding reliability additionally, retain a confident outward manner on the phone, and in-person.

  • Obtain Chargeable Approval recording and copier Meter Counts from customers when required.

  • Follow troubleshooting guidelines thoroughly to ensure one-call resolution for issues requiring additional contact, maintain ownership to see tickets through to resolution.

  • Ensure that the in-house Demonstration Room remains organized, and in a working-order attempt to remedy any on-going Connectivity issues within the Demo Room, so that it is always ready for the conducting of sales demonstrations.

  • Participate in company networking events, as they arise. These will be the main times to socialize and get acquainted with members of other departments (Sales, Administrative, Shop, Delivery and Executive teams.) During work hours, the main method of communication to these other departments will be via email and phone.

 
Position Requirements
  • A+, Net +, and Security + certifications preferred
  • Experience working with a remote desktop product is highly preferred
  • 1-2 years of technical experience is highly preferred, we will consider a combination or experience and education
  •  must be willing to submit to a criminal background check. No DUI or reckless driving infractions in the past 5 years are allowed
  •  valid driver license and reliable transportation.
  • clean cut appearance, no visible tattoo's or multiple piercing or ear gauges are allowed.
