This position requires workers to conduct assessments, primarily by phone, on individuals receiving behavioral health services. Common diagnoses include Bipolar Disorder, Schizophrenia, and Major Depressive Disorder. Workers would be ensuring continued eligibility, assessing suicide risk, treatment planning, and goal setting. This position is full time with hours of either 8:00-4:30 or 8:30-5pm, Monday through Friday. Start dates are in late June, and the position is expected to last until last September.
