Senior Director, Marketing

We are looking for a marketing leader who responds “Yes” to these critical questions. The person who joins our team will be partnering with Sales, Product and Client Success to leverage our 30-year legacy in the philanthropic space, paired with newly acquired FinTech platform, to drive innovation in a market built on multiple layers of archaic processes.

The person who joins our team will be energized by the opportunity to be both a strategic thinker and exceptional executor, growing our sales funnel through a variety of dynamic and wide-reaching marketing channels and combining two successful businesses into a new modern single brand.


Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Drive the strategy and execution of the entire marketing stack.
  • Leverage deep marketing experience to execute post-acquisition rebranding while building new momentum on the company’s 30-year legacy in the Financial Services and FinTech space.
  • Work with Sales and Customer Success to drive Demand Gen, create winning playbooks, and drive adoption among existing channels.
  • Lead and support the marketing team across various disciplines.
  • Develop metrics for measuring success of marketing initiatives.
  • Help define and drive brand awareness through content, webinars, podcasts, conferences, and thought leadership
  • Product owner for the company website
  • Participate in the development of branding and corporate identity initiatives
  • Manage third-party firms for PR, SEO and other marketing support
Position Requirements

Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Public Relations, or related field required.
  • 10+ years of successful experience in marketing, with an emphasis on Financial Services, SaaS or equivalent B2B.
  • Experience running a full stack marketing team preferred - demand generation, product marketing, corporate marketing, branding, communications, PR, etc.
  • A strong passion for marketing with an ability to communicate complex ideas in succinct and compelling ways that are analytical yet creative.
  • Gifted written and verbal communicator and storyteller; enjoy crafting “the right” message for the target audience.
  • Experience working side-by-side with Sales to inform best practices that maximize market penetration.
  • Strong understanding of technology and software including Salesforce, Qualtrics and Pardot.
  • An innate ability to self-start, prioritize, and creatively problem-solve with a positive outlook, flexible nature, and tenacious work style that fits with our hyper- growth mentality
  • Possess superior organization, project management and time management skills.
  • Strong business ethics & personal integrity
