Share Email Opening Title 645 Custodial Uniform Attendant  Location Cedar Lakes Casino   Description POSITION SUMMARY JOB DESCRIPTION: Provides friendly service to all employees who pick up and drop off their uniforms. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS RESPONSIBILITIES: Issues uniforms – follows procedure for uniform disbursement. Ensures that all new employees try on the uniform for proper fit. Directs employees on procedures for purchasing extra uniforms. Collects uniforms from all previous employees Washes and irons uniforms. Inspects all uniforms, cleans and inventories returns. Determines if they are acceptable to be put back into the inventory for re-issue. Records sales of items on signed yellow transaction slips, noting employee’s department as required for their file. Counts all uniforms and completes a physical monthly inventory. Unpacks and sorts uniforms per department Follows departmental policies and procedures Maintain daily log information, reports, and other requested reports for management Takes care of the locker bag system for all employees. Disbursement of locker bags per shift. Maintains knowledge of all events in the property as a whole. Attends and/or facilitates all mandatory meetings and training. Maintains confidentiality at all times. Is sensitive to Native American Culture. Operates within the parameters of the Leech Lake Gaming Human Resource Policy, Departmental Policy Manual and all Tribal Internal Controls (TICs), and all other applicable regulations. Secures the assets of Leech Lake Gaming and the Leech Lake Band of Ojibwe. Performs other duties as assigned.     Position Requirements KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. POSITION REQUIREMENTS: Excellent oral and written communication skills necessary Merchandise skills and stock management experience is helpful Ability to work flexible hours including weekends, holidays and rotating shifts Knowledgeable on sewing machines Knowledge on ironing; Possess all skill necessary to help uniform fit properly. Hemming and alterations on all uniforms   PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: Physically capable of remaining on feet for long periods of time. Subject to internal working conditions, including a smoking environment.
