What You Would Be Doing

The Healthcare Recruiter will act as the link between the employer and the potential employee, recruiting the best candidates based upon the explicit needs of the employer. The Healthcare Recruiter manages the entire recruiting process with hiring managers, business partners, and candidates. The Healthcare Recruiter will be responsible for a high level of communication, status updates, process techniques, and a timeline that meets recruiting metrics. The Healthcare Recruiter will be responsible for developing and building a talent pipeline, incorporating appropriate schools/job fairs, etc. The Healthcare Recruiter will build and develop long-term relationships with Healthcare Professionals. Full-time Salary $49,000 - $52,000 annually

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Provide full life-cycle recruiting to fill healthcare positions, including but not limited to posting and managing requisitions, interviewing candidates, sourcing candidates, candidate follow-up, etc.
  • Conduct in-person interviews, scoping sessions, and regular meetings to ensure the hiring needs are being met.
  • Build strong collaborative relationships with hiring managers by ensuring high-quality support throughout the process and access to interviews for input. Ensures that both regular and timely communication with hiring managers occurs throughout the hiring process.
  • Responsible for reviewing applicants' resumes/curriculum vitaes and conducting thorough interviews to gauge the suitability of the candidate for the position.
  • Negotiating salary, problem-solving, and counseling, therein establishing a rapport with the job candidate.
  • Develop and implement targeted recruitment strategies. Assist in establishing best practice recruitment efforts and adjust recruitment strategy as needed.
  • Develop and execute targeted candidate sourcing, recruitment, and referral strategies.
  • Regularly manage and communicate with active applicants and prospective candidates.
  • Maintain exceptional documentation of activities.
  • Analyze industry and market trends to design, develop and deliver recruiting services, ensuring optimal service delivery to the business.
  • Conduct stay and exit interviews.
  • Coordinate and implement sourcing and branding initiatives to attract top talent.
  • Provide a high level of customer service, ensuring a positive candidate experience and a strong employment brand in the community.
  • Ensure that Boundless’ recruitment practices reflect our diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives and required legal compliance.
  • Leverage technology for excellent candidate relationship management to discover and sustain cold/warm leads, referrals, and other potential prospects. Use Social Media as a sourcing and branding tool.
  • Other duties as assigned.
 
Position Requirements

Required Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • Two (2) plus years of experience in healthcare recruitment.
  • Four (4) years of recruitment or other human resources function or related field of work.
  • Knowledge of HRIS systems, and full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, interviewing and presenting top candidates.
  • Self-directed: an ability to effectively strategize, plan, perform, and document your work on a daily basis.
  • Track record of success attracting top talent in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Advanced user of recruiting technologies, such as Indeed, LinkedIn, Boolean search strings and other related systems and tactics.
  • Solid knowledge of US compliance/employment laws and practices.
  • Ability to positively present our company and culture to passive and active potential candidates.
  • Ability to earn the trust and respect at all levels across the organization through leading by example and setting high personal and ethical standards.
  • Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships and networks.
  • Must be able to handle confidential information with the utmost discretion.

Preferred Education and Experience

  • Experience working in the field of intellectual and developmental disabilities, autism, or other complex needs.

Work Environment
This job is primarily remote with access to a professional office environment. Will be required to go into the office as needed for meetings, trainings and events. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets, and fax machines.
