Share Email Opening Apply Now Title Director of Operations - FT  Division Heartland Imaging   Location Heartland - Shelbyville   Full-Time/Part-Time Full-Time   Exempt/Non-Exempt Exempt   Description Heartland Imaging, an outpatient imaging center with locations in Louisville and Elizabethtown, KY currently has an opportunity for a Director of Operations. The Director must possess a strong healthcare background and demonstrate previous leadership experience. This full-time position will report directly to the center Administrator with oversight of support services and clinical modalities including MRI, CT, US, DEXA, X-Ray and Mammography. The Director must have experience and knowledge of clinical and/or support service operations, the ability to plan and direct the work of others and assist with the development and implementation of policies and procedures. EXPERIENCE: Must have knowledge of modern business and supervisory practices. Previous experience (3-5 years) in medical office operations & business management (3 years) experience. EDUCATION: Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field preferred or graduate of an accredited Radiology program (ARRT) and/or equivalent in experience.  Pre-employment drug screen & background check are required.
