Job Responsibilities Provide departmental support acting as a liaison with Catering, Managers and Clients during event planning and execution. Serve as point of contact day of event for building, caterers, client, suppliers and vendors. Responsible for the set-up and breakdown of audio visual equipment and presentation equipment. Provide internal and external clients with floor lay outs and work with vendors to ensure layouts are as designed. Maintain the inventory log and work orders for equipment and supplies. Create and maintain social media sites content. Organize post event surveys and monthly email blasts. Responsible for social photos, proposal and holiday photo programs. Plan and execute internal events. Support the execution of field events, wedding and military ceremonies. Other Duties as assigned by department leadership.   Position Requirements Required: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Management or Event Planning. Minimum one (1) year of marketing or event planning experience. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint). Desired: Experience with event sales and planning. Experience with booking software and CAD programs.
