Schedule Sunday 11:00 pm -11:00 am and Saturday 11:00 pm-11:00 am Sunday 7:00 am-8:00 pm and Saturday 7:00 am-3:00 pm Sunday 8:00 am-3:00 pm and Saturday 8:00 am-11:00 pm Pay Range $15.00 per hour $600 SIGN-ON BONUS--$300 once training is completed and you are working in the home. Additional $300 on six-month anniversary pay. What You Will Be Doing The ideal candidate will support individuals with developmental and intellectual disabilities in their homes by providing direct care and support. Our goal is to provide person-centered care to individuals, allowing them to live full and boundless lives! Day-to-day responsibilities include personal care assistance, direct programming, and completing various housekeeping tasks including meal preparation and maintaining a clean and safe living environment.   Position Requirements Minimum Qualifications: Must be at least 18 years of age High School Diploma or equivalent Must be able to communicate in English, including both spoken and written Licensure/Certification: Ability to obtain and maintain First Aid, CPR - adult, child, and infant; delegated nursing. (training will be provided, if not already certified)  Valid Ohio Driver’s License with Ohio Bureau of Motor Vehicles--no more than five points on your driving record. Proof of auto insurance. Preferred Experience: One year experience working with intellectually/developmentally disabled individuals. Special Skills and Requirements: Must be detail oriented and have competent literacy and writing, documentation, communications and interpersonal abilities. Must be able to use tools and equipment as required – including pushing/pulling wheelchairs, lifting consumers with Hoyer lift Interested? Great!
