Recruits, screens, interviews, and recommends qualified applicant. Consults with company personnel regarding the hiring and actively recruits for open positions. Develop recruitment strategy for open positios in division Helps to define needs and and problem solve. Has stong communication with both local and regional management, candidates, and pipelines. Presents a positive image of Heartland Home Health and Hospice. Travel to job fairs and conventions as needed, establish affiliations, and promote open opportunities. This role will cover nursing & support roles in our Michigan and Minnesota. Work is remote but must live somewhere within the division.
