Description

Wanted: Passionate, Dedicated, Goal-Oriented, and Creative Recruiter

The Regional Recruiter evaluates staff needs and recruitment efforts for the area they cover.

  • Recruits, screens, interviews, and recommends qualified applicant.
  • Consults with company personnel regarding the hiring and actively recruits for open positions.
  • Develop recruitment strategy for open positios in division
  • Helps to define needs and and problem solve.
  • Has stong communication with both local and regional management, candidates, and pipelines.
  • Presents a positive image of Heartland Home Health and Hospice.
  • Travel to job fairs and conventions as needed, establish affiliations, and promote open opportunities.

This role will cover nursing & support roles in our Michigan and Minnesota.
Work is remote but must live somewhere within the division.

Educational Requirements Bachelor's degree preferred.  
Position Requirements

Recruiting experience required. Long-term care or home health care and hospice experience preferred.
